The name "Fogolar" given to the Collet de Bovis, Wine field reflects its origins Friulian.The first bottles were sold in 1991. Medals and citations in the guides wer awarded to the quality Wines "collar Bovis" which currently produces 10000 bottles per year.

The Wine has been exported from Nice France to the United States and counts among its customers Alain Ducasse. For Jean Spizzo great Wines are part of cultural heritage. The art combines naturally in the vineyard.
