While in Sumner you can relax and enjoy the safe white sandy beach that is directly across the road from the Guesthouse. Or you can put on your walking shoes and go for hikes along the impressive cliff tops. If you are after a bit more adventure you can hire windsurfers from the nearby estuary or go surfing.
