Calypso Diving International in L'Estartit is run by an Englishman and his wife and together with dive instructors and a dive master they offer great under water dives and classes for beginners. The boat the Calypso II can carry up to 35 divers for the short trip to the Medas Islands or for coastal dive trips, and carries VHF and HF radio equipment, mobile telephone and two oxygen systems, including the Sabre unit, capable of resuscitating a non-breathing victim.
