The Cafe

The Cafe in Blue Hill, Hancock County, United States | Cafe

Welcome to The Cafe, Blue Hill Co-op Community Market, Blue Hill, Maine, United States. The Cafe at the Blue Hill Co-op, Maine is a wonderful place to meet friends and catch up over a cup of organic Fair Trade coffee or tea. Stop in for breakfast in the mornings. We bake fresh wholesome muffins packed with loads of organic fruit each day, both vegan and regular.
We stock a locally baked bagel with Wild Caught Alaskan smoked salmon, organic tomatoes, organic red onion, capers and cream cheese. Our granola bowl is served with locally produced organic granola and yogurt topped with organic fruit. And our famous fried egg sandwich on locally baked sourdough bread with tomato and cheddar cheese is an experience all its own!
Our deli case is filled each day with salads, side dishes, and casseroles to satisfy most palates and diets. We offer two soups every day; one vegan and one meat.
The grab-n-go case is stuffed with sandwiches and wraps loaded with nitrate-free deli meats, cheeses, and fillings we make fresh ourselves, such as: tuna salad, chicken salad, egg salad, hummus, roasted tofu & tempeh and tons of crisp veggies. All available to eat in to take out, made in the kitchen by our fun-loving team of cooks and sandwich makers. We are fortunate to be surrounded by a lot of local farms and family run purveyors. We source our supplies locally and organically whenever possible.
