Who’s Bob?
Hiking in nature is simply my favorite thing to do. In fact, I’ve been doing it all my life, whenever I’ve had the chance. Whether solo hiking into the Sierra backcountry, or bringing my children and their friends on a camping adventure, or organizing groups of as many as 80 people to trek in the lower elevations of the Himalayas – I’ve always been drawn to the outdoors.
Moving on from my high tech career of more than 20 years, I created BOB'S HIKES as a way for me to share my enthusiasm and enjoyment of hiking in nature with like-minded people.
