We are a 3 star Guest House Bird life is prolific, with trees having been planted especially to attract them to our gardens. 78 species of the Garden Route birds can be seen or heard throughout the year right here at blackwaters river lodge. For golfers there are four excellent courses within 60 kms from our lodge. We also have our own very challenging 9 hole mashie ( pitch & putt ) golf course on the property. Longest hole 140 meters, shortest 52 meters. For our guests canoes are available to paddle down the river.
