Course was in great condition for this time of year (April 2010) - loved the greens which were well manicured and "true". Lots of water around and layout of fairways has been greatly improved since we last played it. This is a very peaceful spot with lots of wildlife - a welcome break from work and the credit crunch. It's also great value for money. Looking forward to playing it again.
