The Babylon Village Arts Council is committed to enhancing the arts and culture and Babylon village, New York, and offers step by step methods. Students in grades 4-10 are taught basic drawing, cartooning, zen doodling and collage skills with class size kept to a minimum of 15, with teaching on an individualized basis, so children can move forward at their own pace. The Babylon Village Arts Council also offers Art by the Falls, and annual outdoor event where visitors can enjoy viewing works by various Artists, and admission is free.
