All of the rooms feature the following amenities broadband Internet access, cable TV and VCR and a video library, free local phone service, great mattresses, high thread count bed sheets, ironing boards and irons, shaving mirrors in the showers, hair dryers, bath robes, bath pillows and bubble bath and radio/sound machine alarm clocks.

Austin Folk House Bed & Breakfast's south facing front porch is a very nice place to relax and enjoy lovely west campus afternoons. Sometimes people have their breakfast outside. Room One is the only room in the house with an external entrance. This makes it ideal for those who want to stay out late, or want to enjoy some extra privacy. Room One features a queen size sleigh bed, an attractive wardrobe, and a nice parque floor. The bathroom has a tub and shower, and full amenities.

Breakfast at Austin Folk House Bed & Breakfast is served between 7:30 and 9:00 during the week. On weekends, holidays and a few other days of the year we serve between 8:30 and 10:00.
