Gaelic for "high house", is an apt description for this new house built on the outskirts of Oban, fifteen minutes walk from the sea front and town. We have two large en-suite bedrooms, which we have furnished as bed-sittingrooms, with superb views over Oban, the bay and the sound of Kerrera. Each bedroom has a king size double bed together with a single and therefore may be booked as a double, twin or family room. Full length french doors, give the effect of a balcony within the room from which the views may be enjoyed.
The bedrooms also have a couch and easy chairs, TV, video, small fridge, clock radio, hair drier and tea making facilities.
Heating is under the direct control of the guests.
This eco-friendly house boasts a high level of insulation, high-tech double glazing, water heating supplemented by solar tubes and a heat-recovery ventilation system which provides continuous filtered fresh air. This is of particular benefit to sufferers of asthma or allergies.
