African Lion Safari in Cambridge, Ontaria, is a family owned business with a heart and concern for conservation of endangered and threatened species of animals. Our animals roam free on 20 hectare of reserves, and visitors to this theme park can either drive or use an air conditioned bus to drive through the park. African Lion Safari first opened in 1969 with only 40 lions, and has now grown into a theme park that is home to more than 1000 various species of animals. We are proud of our successful Asian elephant breeding program and other breeding programs, and we remain dedicated to continuing the breeding of endangered species.
