The Aberystwyth Arts Centre houses a concert hall, theatre, gallery spaces, cinema, studio theatre, workshops spaces (including pottery, dark room, recording studio and video suite, 2D studio), café, Craft & Design Shop, Waterstones Bookshop, bars, and full backstage and administration facilities.
The Aberystwyth Arts Centre is able to offer a unique service, from performances and exhibitions to education and community projects, which each year attracts over 650,000 to the venue. The Arts Centre has developed a strong national profile and we are very pleased to be able to include so many leading companies amongst our supporters.

We welcome over 650,000 visitors a year, including over 100,000 attendances for performing arts and events featuring local, national and international work, 236,000 for exhibitions and over 100,000 for our unique community arts and education programme.
In 2000 the Arts Centre completed a major redevelopment and we are currently undertaking an additional development which will add an artists and creative industries studios complex as well as dance studios and performance spaces which will be the base for a new major artists in residence programme. This will give Aberystwyth Arts Centre a range of facilities unrivalled throughout much of the United Kingdom.
